2008 subscription:

• In U.S.: 1 year, $605; 2 years, $1030. For first-class delivery add $125 per year to subscription.
• Outside U.S.: 1 year, $620; 2 years, $1,055. For airmail delivery add $125 per year to subscription.

Rates are for subscriptions running from January 1 to December 31, 2008. Any order placed for the year 2008 will receive all issues starting with January.

JAT is published 9 times per year: January/February • March • April • May • June • July/August • September • October • November/December. All subscriptions come with free online access to JAT articles at ingenta.com.
