Cover page (optional): Includes publication/issue, title, author/affiliation; add 1 page to number of pages and $40 for composition if desired.
Format: Printed on white 50# offset, 8¹/₂ x 11; saddle stitched (more than 4 pages).
Turnaround time: Orders/payments received before publication will be shipped 15 business days after publication. Allow up to 10 business days for delivery in Continental U.S. (via surface).
Rush "preprints" (optional): Orders/payments received 10 business days before publication will be shipped on publication date at 100% surcharge for rush service; contact managing editor for availability if desired.
